DICA A/S is a legal Danish trading company, established 1981, registered in the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency (DCCA), the official place of registration for Danish Businesses.

The VAT number is DK 14 41 29 99.

DICA is the parent company in the Scandinavian ‘DICA Group’ which consists of four companies: DICA A/S, Denmark, DICA AS, Norway and DICA Form AB, Sweden plus Albert Knudsen ApS, Denmark. The Group's turnover in 2008 was around 21 million EUR.

DICA has a dominant market position in Denmark, selling products and solutions of a high quality to day nurseries, kindergartens, after-school centres and schools.

The company exports to eg. Germany, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.

In January 2009 the firm had 50 employees on the payroll.
